The Norton constituency legislator Hon Temba Mliswa said the government should consider to completely shut all borders to people, unlike the current partial closure.
Speaking during a handover of Personal Protective Equipment to staffers at Sandringham Clinic, Hon Temba Mliswa urged the Government to be prepared for an increase in COVID-19 cases since winter is fast approaching.
