Workout Push-Ups Challenge - 70 in ONE MINUTE.
Temba Mliswa participated in the Never Maswerasei Push-ups Workout Challenge. Temba Mliswa did about 70 push-ups in One Minute (video) during a workout at home during the COVID-19 Lockdown.
However there is going to be a Push-ups Challenge being organised in Australia to take place from 11th - 31st May 2020. The organisers of the workout push-ups challenge are expecting some 3,046 push-ups in a period of 21 days. Anyone from across the world is free to participate in this pushups challenge.
HOW the Australian Workout Push-ups Workout Challenge Complete your push-ups any time and any place, as long as you meet the daily target. Each day, the target number of push-ups to complete will reflect a different statistic to do with mental health in Australia. For example, 45 push-ups to recognise the percentage of Australians who will experience a mental health condition over their lifetime. Everyone from across the world is being encouraged to participate directly or indirectly in the push-ups challenge. Over the course of 21-days you'll be challenged to complete 3,046 push-ups in total, representing the number of lives lost in Australia to suicide in 2018. Together, we can make a real difference - sign up today and join the push for better mental health! Funds raised will in the Australian Push-Ups challenge will go to headspace.
