The Prophet Uebert Angel Foundation made a donation of foodstuffs to Hon Temba Mliswa and the Norton Community. The Donation from Prophet Uebert Angel Foundation was announced by Hon Temba Mliswa and distributed on 19 April 2020 in Norton Constituency. Hon Temba Mliswa, the Norton legislator for Norton Constituency has bemoaned the need for the Government of Zimbabwe to improve facilities at both quarantine and isolation centres so as to help curb the Coronavirus, COVID-19 in Zimbabwe. The Prophet Uebert Angel Foundation made a donation of foodstuffs to Hon Temba Mliswa and the Norton Community. Hon Temba Mliswa said that though the quarantine centres are not for people to behave like they are on resort areas, basic requirements for either isolation and quarantine of people to curb Coronavirus, COVID-19 should be in place.
Hon Temba Mliswa also said that there is need to test quite a number of people as this could help proper planning in some other areas like logistics required in the whole process. Hon Temba Mliswa has been pushing for the Government to come out open on the availability of resources to properly cater for both patients and those who will be in COVID-19 Quarantine.
